Our Process

As a travel agency, we help couples and groups travel more and stress less. Which means we work with people who want to go on vacation. First, we ask questions about their vacation needs and wants and then put together a customized travel itinerary that includes everything from airfare to transfers to resorts and excursions. After that, we book all the details and help before and during vacation if anything goes wrong or if travelers have any questions. In short, we are there for our clients from day one to the day they return from their trip. It’s nice to know you have a travel expert in your corner if anything goes wrong!

Travel Inquiry Form

When you’re ready to start planning a trip, first fill out this travel inquiry form.

Discovery Call

Once your travel inquiry hits our inbox, we will send you an email to set up a phone call. This phone call is to talk in more detail about your wants, needs, and wishes for your upcoming trip. We will also share in detail the process of what it looks like to work with us.

Research and Design Fee

After our phone call, we will send you the invoice for our service fee. Price varies depending on your vacation type.

Planning

Next, we will start our research and planning of your vacation.

Review and Decide

After we put together our ideas, we will send them to you. You will look everything over and we will work together to create the best vacation for you.

Book

Once you have decided on all your vacation pieces, we will book everything for you, and will send you your travel documents.

Extras

90 days before your vacation, we will start planning all your extras, like excursions and spa treatments.

Final Documents

About 2 weeks before you travel, we will send over all your final documents once more along with some tips on traveling in general and specifically to where you will be visiting.
